I never thought it would end the way it did. My vet broke the news that beloved dog Bodie had a five centimeter mass on his spleen that had to be removed. The odds were it was cancer. Devasted, I remember a pet communicator who successfully worked on a missing dog case in Denver. All I wanted was to find someone who would tell Bodie how much I loved him. That was it. I met with Kristy over Zoom for out an hour as Bodie and I shared our love for one another. After the session, Kristy told me she would continue to work with Spirit on Bodie’s behalf. After a sleepless night, I left Bodie at the vet and continued to pray. Later, the phone rang and I prepared for the worst. The vet was confused, prior to the operation another scan was conducted on the spleen and the tumor had vanished. He had no explanation, but I did. Before meeting with Kristy, I was carrying a lot of weight in my womb space. Unable to connect to myself, unable to feel like a woman. I carried this for a long time. During my time with Kristy, I was actually able to connect to this pain - this, emptiness. I was able to identify it, really see it and let it go. Shit that was in my body since the age of 12. Shit that was in my body that I was born with-past life trauma. I was able to let go of it. And for the life of me I had been unable to tap into my inner child. Unable to figure out what makes me happy - how do I have fun? What can make me sing and dance and play? Because that little girl was trapped inside. She was scared and embarrassed and fearful that she wasn't enough. That she'd never be enough. Kristy, "thank you" doesn't even begin to express how much yesterday meant to me. I have such gratitude for you and your work. It's incredible. I felt so safe and seen. I realized today I don't think I've ever been with someone who understands what it is to be intuitive and to see what it's like to have that ability honored and fostered. When I left yesterday, I felt almost as though I was in a trance - here but not here - what I noticed most was a big shift in my generalized anxiety - just POOF, seemingly gone. I was in awe of the entire experience. I have a box of broken pottery I collected from the rubble after our house burnt down. I"ve carried it around with me for years, waiting to make some kind of art project out of it. I got a clear message on my drive home to stop carrying it, that I didn't need it. I decided when we have land, I will bury it there. Yesterday also gave me great clarity that I will find land to call home again. The energetic presence that I am- my soul, spirit, being- is really beginning to feel inklings of FREE STRONG WOMAN. Such a noticeable shift. My intention was « to transmute the karma in an alchemical way so that it frees me to step into my final purpose. » I feel like playfully jumping up and giving you a high-five and saying « we did it! »

I feel that the dark heavy dread and burden in my core has gone, and that it left in the best way. Not a getting-rid-of, but a true transmutation. This is very newly integrating into me and I don’t really have words for it yet. Definitely feels like « just be » is the way to allow it, and let it guide me. Oh!! And I almost forgot to say that the knot in my gut is barely there- just a little shadow of a memory. How funny that it wasn’t even in my consciousness just now in responding to you. Today, 2 days after our session, I paint mountain laurel flowers with a greater focus. In allowing myself to slow down into the fine detail of each blossom's design, I am enveloped and held. Now, the echo of your wisdom that flowed through you, telling me that the flowers bowed to me, and that this is a high praise, causes me pause. For, to really open to fully receive this compliment is a courageous act of self healing. I bow to receive this. I feel the gnosis that we are all one, so therefore, I am one too. This graceful extension of inclusion, that I am worthy to receive and that is part of the magic. Not only the giving but the receiving. We exist in relationships, and still yet we are all one. To fully receive one's gifts is part of our collective healing, for as we heal ourselves, we heal the world. Humanity expereince's loss when we separate ourselves from nature. And my faith is restored in my own unfolding and never ending path of becoming and I am reminded to enjoy the process, and that I am not alone. My first session with Kristy was January 2022 where Kristy released a block that had been weighing me down for 24 long months , long covid ! "Working with Kristy is akin to finding your boat on the river of life. 

When I first came to her, I had this tugging feeling that now was the time to expand upon my spiritual journey. I felt that I needed a guide to move forward and show me the way. In our first container, energetic boundary setting was a primary focus because my life circumstances were filled with high emotional intensity from external influences. Learning techniques of visualization and body awareness helped me to create the boundaries that I needed. This also helped me to understand what my needs were without being colored by the opinions of others, and to find my voice to make sure those needs were met.

The transition from Maiden to Motherhood was particularly agonizing for me because I knew having children was something that I vaguely wanted, but to be honest, it was also my greatest fear. It was tied in with why I had been writing for years but never felt like my stories were finished. My fears were based in deeply-rooted feelings of inadequacy. Perfection was my goal and it was impossible to reach, which meant I would never achieve these aspirations unless I changed how I approached them and learned to live comfortably in the space of uncertainty.

Today is the final day of my second container, and I have much joy to share because not only have I grown exponentially from this entire experience, I am also halfway to meeting my baby boy and have two books that I have written to read to him when he arrives.
