I know the ways of the old. I am a keeper of the earth.

I believe in magic. From a young age I could perceive the other worldly realms and I recognized this in myself. For this exact reason I would slip away into the forest alone. I could feel the intimate connection to what “was”. This magical space was attuned to a multidimensional communication of the Earth. Her elementals, the animals, the stone people, the moon and the stars all fueled and nourished me.  At a young age I understood the interdependence of all living beings, a true understanding of reciprocity. These experiences blossomed an unconditional love, which filled and transported me back to wholeness, with every visit.  With this, an insatiable wisdom has carried me forth. The forest and the otherworld shaped me into the person I am today, a shapeshifter. Shamanism and earth based ritual feel like home to me because of the inherent connection to something greater than what the Self is often reduced to. These roots offer an unconditional connection to not only the external network but most importantly our internal matrix. These practices serve as a direct mirror.

I am a bridge between the heavens and earth, a channel between all beings. I lovingly holding space with spirit for those who feel the need for clarity and are curious of the deeper reflections of how the earthly world sees us. This glimpse transforms us into our greatest empowerment, illuminating the way for us to cultivate the life we want to live. We see our true gifts and our sacred soul is aligned, bringing us back home to ourselves.

The last twenty five years of my life have been dedicated to my own soul work & healing, now I step forward to bring this medicine to you. With deepest respect and gratitude, I acquired the skills of the ancient healing techniques of the Indigenous elders as well as through my own spirit guides. I dove deeper into shamanism and understanding of our Ancestral DNA, how it plays a part in our bodies and in the life that we are living today. I discovered the ancient wisdom & spirit of the plant world. I found profound freedom in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki tradition. I have taken part in many miscellaneous energy & holistic workshops learning about the physical body, the energetic body, breath, sound, the quantum field, gut health, virus, pathogens, nutrition, trauma, emotions, the vagus nerve and the lymphatic system. They all play a role in the whole, in the balance of our bodies, mind, spirit and soul. Once these missing pieces are discovered and honored, along with persistence and commitment to yourself, healing is possible and wholeness is achieved.
