A return to relationship—with the body, with nature, and with the deeper intelligence that lives beneath all form—where a deeper sense of self-trust, clarity, and belonging can take root.

When we come back into right relationship with ourselves, something essential begins to soften and strengthen. Love becomes more lived, and the capacity to meet life as we truly are begins to rise from within.

I embrace all of humanity and welcome all beings with loving compassion. I believe our ecosystem flourishes through diversity. I am a creature of magic, rose, and earthly romance. My life is a continuous return to soul—an unfolding remembrance of what has always lived beneath form.

I am a keeper of Earth-based remembrance, working at the threshold between the seen and unseen, the embodied and the subtle.

I am also an intuitive, highly sensitive person.

Much of my life has been shaped by heightened awareness of the subtle layers of reality—sensing what is felt but not always spoken, perceiving what lives beneath form, and experiencing the world through a deeply relational field of awareness.

In a world that does not always know how to support that level of sensitivity, I had to learn how to ground it, trust it, and live from it without losing myself in overwhelm.

This is the root of my work.

To support those who perceive beyond the visible—so sensitivity becomes clarity, connection, and embodied trust.

From a young age, I was born with my “eyes open,” as my grandmother Jane would say.

The natural world was my first teacher.

I would enter the forest and “feel” the living presence of the Earth speaking through an ancient, multidimensional language—through elementals, water, animals, people, stone, moon, grass, and stars.

In these spaces, I came to understand something profound & foundational:

Everything is connected, and life is in constant conversation with itself.

The world was never separate from me—it was how perception itself moved through my body.

My work is a return to this living relationship—with the body, with the Earth, and with the deeper intelligence that moves through both.

Through Eco-Somatics and intuitive healing practices, I support the reconnection between sensation, awareness, and inner knowing.

My path has been shaped through more than thirty years of lived practice in Earth-based healing, somatic awareness, energetic medicine, trauma-informed work, and the intelligence of the nervous system and body.

I also draw from shamanic practice, herbalism, spirit plant medicine, Usui Reiki, ancestral healing, coaching, neuroscience, and intuitive guidance—always grounded in direct experience rather than theory.

At the core of this work is a simple understanding:

The body is a living system of intelligence in continuous relationship with life.

Healing is a return to relationship with yourself, with the Earth, and with life itself.

A return to clarity. A return to presence.
A return to what has always been true beneath everything else.

You are already whole.
My work is to help you hear that truth more clearly.
