  • Sacred Embodiment Container

    "Working with Kristy is akin to finding your boat on the river of life. 

    When I first came to her, I had this tugging feeling that now was the time to expand upon my spiritual journey. I felt that I needed a guide to move forward and show me the way. In our first container, energetic boundary setting was a primary focus because my life circumstances were filled with high emotional intensity from external influences. Learning techniques of visualization and body awareness helped me to create the boundaries that I needed. This also helped me to understand what my needs were without being colored by the opinions of others, and to find my voice to make sure those needs were met.

    It began with me relying heavily on her wisdom of the spirit world, but as time went on, she consistently encouraged me to trust my own intuition. Through meditation and observation of the natural world, I came to know my spirit guides, learn what I was still carrying from past lives, and trust the instinctual wisdom shared with me through my power animal.

    I chose to sign up for her second container offering because once my boundaries were firmly in place, I felt like I was ready to see what I could do and where it would take me. I had two main life goals that had been eluding me up until this time: to become a mother, and to write a book. 

    The transition from Maiden to Motherhood was particularly agonizing for me because I knew having children was something that I vaguely wanted, but to be honest, it was also my greatest fear. It was tied in with why I had been writing for years but never felt like my stories were finished. My fears were based in deeply-rooted feelings of inadequacy. Perfection was my goal and it was impossible to reach, which meant I would never achieve these aspirations unless I changed how I approached them and learned to live comfortably in the space of uncertainty.

    Today is the final day of my second container, and I have much joy to share because not only have I grown exponentially from this entire experience, I am also halfway to meeting my baby boy and have two books that I have written to read to him when he arrives.

  • Sacred Soul Alignment

    Kristy, "thank you" doesn't even begin to express how much yesterday meant to me. I have such gratitude for you and your work. It's incredible. I felt so safe and seen. I realized today I don't think I've ever been with someone who understands what it is to be intuitive and to see what it's like to have that ability honored and fostered. When I left yesterday, I felt almost as though I was in a trance - here but not here - what I noticed most was a big shift in my generalized anxiety - just POOF, seemingly gone. I was in awe of the entire experience. I have a box of broken pottery I collected from the rubble after our house burnt down. I"ve carried it around with me for years, waiting to make some kind of art project out of it. I got a clear message on my drive home to stop carrying it, that I didn't need it. I decided when we have land, I will bury it there. Yesterday also gave me great clarity that I will find land to call home again.   • Animal Healing

    I never thought it would end the way it did. My vet broke the news that beloved dog Bodie had a five centimeter mass on his spleen that had to be removed. The odds were it was cancer. Devasted, I remember a pet communicator who successfully worked on a missing dog case in Denver. All I wanted was to find someone who would tell Bodie how much I loved him. That was it. I met with Kristy over Zoom for out an hour as Bodie and I shared our love for one another. After the session, Kristy told me she would continue to work with Spirit on Bodie’s behalf. After a sleepless night, I left Bodie at the vet and continued to pray. Later, the phone rang and I prepared for the worst. The vet was confused, prior to the operation another scan was conducted on the spleen and the tumor had vanished. He had no explanation, but I did. Healing, to me, is the art of remembering wholeness.

I work with sensitive, intuitive people who are ready to turn overwhelm into embodied clarity through Earth-based and somatic wisdom. I embrace all of humanity and welcome all beings with loving compassion.

I am a Mystic, Medicine Woman, Holistic Mentor, and Spirit Weaver. A creature of magic, rose, and earthly romance. My life is a continuous return to soul—an unfolding remembrance of what has always lived beneath form.

From a young age, I could perceive the otherworldly realms. The forest became my first teacher. I would transcend into the forest and feel the living presence of the Earth speaking through an ancient, multidimensional language—through elementals, animals, stone, moon, and stars.

In these spaces, I came to understand something simple and profound: everything is connected, and life is in constant conversation with itself.

This shaped me into someone who listens deeply.

I am a keeper of the Earth and a bridge between worlds—as a lived experience. I work with the intelligence of nature, the body, and the unseen layers of consciousness to help people remember who they already are beneath conditioning, fragmentation, and overwhelm. Together, we listen to what your system has been communicating through sensation, emotion, and energy. We work with the body as a sacred ecosystem, and with Earth-based wisdom as a grounding force for integration and remembrance. What unfolds is not a fixing, but a re-alignment— an embodied return to clarity, coherence, and inner trust.

For over 30 years, I have devoted myself to this healing and spiritual unfolding. My path has woven through shamanic practices, Usui Reiki, EFT, ancestral and energetic medicine, herbalism, neuroscience, animal communication as well as personal guidance received through both spirit and lived experience. I’ve studied the intelligence of the physical body—it’s nervous system, eco-somatics, trauma, breath, sound, gut health, lymphatic mojo, and the quantum field—understanding these not as separate systems, but as one living conversation.
